When you book a sleepover with Dream Big Events, we provide everything included in your chosen package. This includes setting up A-frame tents, making beds, arranging breakfast trays, and decorating each setting according to your selected theme. We also handle the next day pack down and collection.

Delivery is complimentary within a 15-mile radius of our location in Uckfield, East Sussex. For locations beyond this radius, delivery is available at an additional charge. Please provide your address for a delivery cost quote.

Each mattress measures 76cm wide by 185cm long, with an additional 60cm required for bed trays in front of each tent. If you're concerned about space, let us know your dimensions so we can plan a layout that fits.

Setup time varies based on the number of tents booked, generally taking 1-2 hours. The following day, we efficiently pack up and remove all items.

We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel, your deposit will be refunded. However, cancellations within 14 days of your sleepover date are non-refundable.

Our tents are not waterproof, so sleepovers are strictly indoors.

No, all our lights are battery or solar powered.

No, just their PJ’s! unless you would like us to source some which fit your theme.

No messy foods on the beds. Dry snacks and water are fine.

All bedding and accessories are thoroughly washed between uses to ensure they're in perfect condition for your party.
